Below is a listing of some derivable particle effect I've made in IMVU's new (2021) Studio client for Phone and Desktop client users.
These particles WILL NOT WORK in IMVU Classic client, advanced new features and techniques are used that the old system simply can not handle.
I've linked to the texture used in each product, you have my permission to use the textures anyway you want on mine or anyone's IMVU products, you can use the icons as well if you want. Particle hand stars will glow in your hand while still, and emit a trail of particles if your hand moves, like when you dance. There two particles in this one is glowing and the other not , change the colours and shapes to make new effects. |

This particle emits like a body star except the particles grow from small to large, makes it look like they are zooming in and out around your upper body, use it for effects, looks great with words or sayings. I just did mine with a question mark but any shape or word will work, particle uses opacity. Texture : Opacity |

This particle effect makes a large spinning vortex behind your avatar, the particle uses opacity, recolour the texture and dot some stars on it or make your own. Texture | Opacity |

Floor Smoke Effect

This creates a smoke effect coming up from the ground. The particle uses opacity, change the texture colour and change the smoke colour: Texture | Opacity Standard 256x256 image used. Change the colour of the texture for different coloured smokes. |

This effect will emit a puff of smoke/ cold breath from your avatars mouth, there's also a head sign which I have opacified out, use if you want. The particle uses opacity, change the colour of the texture to change the smoke. Particle Texture : Opacity Change the colour of the texture for different coloured smokes. |

This effect makes hand stars, when your hands move like when your dancing, the effect will leave a trail of sparkles where the hand has been. There's a colour on the particles, Cyan to magenta. I use a plain white texture and opacity for the star shape: Texture \ Opacity The second texture is just the opacity used again with additive light turned on for glow. Change the shape from stars to anything, hearts, moons, circle, bubbles etc. |

4th July Particle

I made this for a 4th of July effect. Particle rises from ground and changes colour "Hue" from red to white to blue. If you use a white coloured texture that will be the colours. Start with a different coloured particle and you will get that colour.. with a red white and blue hue. This particle is made with opacity, you can change it to any shape you want, texture is just a white image the same size in dimensions as the opacity Texture | Heart Opacity USA Change the shape via opacity to anything. |
